Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying life’s simple pleasures—whether it’s biking through Neptune Beach with her husband, savoring fresh oysters and martinis, or dreaming of her upcoming trip to Paris. Dive into her story and discover what fuels her love for project management.
1. What inspired you to pursue a career in project management?
I’ve always loved working with a diverse group of people, each bringing their own unique skills and perspectives. That, combined with the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of project management, really drew me in. Every day is a new challenge and an opportunity to learn, which keeps me motivated and excited about the work I do.
2. What is one of your favorite aspects of your role?
It’s being the “glue” that keeps everything together. I often think of myself as a conductor, arranging the flow of work and ensuring that each part of the team collaborates. I enjoy creating an environment where everyone feels motivated and supported, working together toward our goal. Working with clients like NMWA, Instrument, and Intrepid makes the whole experience even more enjoyable because I have the opportunity to learn from them as well.

3. What’s your idea of the perfect day off?
A perfect day off for me would be hanging out with my husband and heading to Neptune Beach to explore the neighborhoods on our bikes. After a fun ride, we’d make our way to Sliders to relax and enjoy some dirty martinis, fresh oysters, and crispy french fries!
4. What’s the most rewarding part of managing projects, and why does it matter to you?
It's watching great ideas come to life. There is something so rewarding about seeing a project go from a vague concept to a finished product. The journey of turning a vision into a reality is not only about completing the task it’s about the growth that happens along the way and the impact the finished product has.
5. What’s your go-to snack or drink that keeps you fueled during busy days?
Smoothies are my go-to drink for staying energized throughout the day!
6. What’s a standout PRPL memory that always brings a smile to your face?
In 2022, when we had our company summit, it was such a memorable experience having everyone together for a few days. It was amazing to catch up with friends from outside of Florida and enjoy that time together in person. The memories we created during those days are ones I’ll always treasure.

7. How do you stay organized when managing multiple projects at once?
I love creating lists and crossing off tasks as I complete them—the little victories keep me motivated throughout the day. Whether I’m breaking down projects into manageable steps, organizing my thoughts, or simply taking delight in seeing my to-dos disappear, it’s a system that keeps me on track. I also love to time-block my day, focusing on one project at a time during specific hours. This allows me to tackle priorities, ensuring that each project gets the attention it deserves without feeling overwhelmed by competing deadlines.
8. Do you have a favorite quote or mantra? Why does it speak to you?
“You’re not stuck your learning, you're growing, you're preparing to bloom” Karen Salmansohn. It reminds me that progress is happening behind the scenes even in moments of difficulty or feeling stagnant. It's a reminder that growth takes time, and patience is key, just like how a flower grows in stages.
9. What’s something on your bucket list that you’re determined to check off soon?
Visiting Paris has been a dream of mine since childhood, and I’m excited that I’ll finally get to cross it off my bucket list this coming March!
10. If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
Anthony Bourdain because of his unique perspective on food, culture, and life. He was known for his unfiltered honesty and openness to the world's complexities. He was a guy who loved to break bread with people from all walks of life. I imagine he would know what restaurant to go to, what to order, and the perfect wine to pair with it all. Plus, his stories would make for an exciting conversation. I’d love for him to take me to his favorite dim sum place, and have a conversation about the world and life.
